The table d’hôtes
For us, good food is one of life’s greatest pleasures! At our table, you’ll enjoy hearty, carefully prepared dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients that are exclusively organic and local—and even better, from our own garden whenever possible. As for the fish, Stéphane caught it himself!
Stéphane passed down this heartfelt cuisine to his son, who turned it into a passion: now a chef, he works at a gourmet restaurant in Marseille.
So, in the château’s kitchen, his son’s Michelin-starred advice often hovers over the stoves…

No matter the season, the Knights’ Hall dining room offers not only fresh, seasonal fare but also a medieval atmosphere—unless we’d prefer to sit outside, in the shade of the trees. With our selection of local wines, you can choose the perfect pairing for your meal.
